If you’ve missed a toll on the Illinois Tollway due to being in an unattended lane or I-Pass lane, you can make up for that missed toll by paying in the following ways:
- Online: If your missed toll was within the last 7 days, go here to pay online after calculating the toll using your entrance and exit points. (If your missed toll was more than 7 days ago, go here for more help.)
- By Mail: If within 7 days of the missed toll, fill out this form and send it to the following address: Illinois Tollway, P.O. Box 5382, Chicago, IL 60680-5382
- By Phone: You MAY be able to pay by phone. The customer service phone number for payments or other help is 800-824-7277.
